Choosing your palette upfront makes the rest so much easier because every piece you add will feel intentional. I love sticking with three to four tones so it doesn’t get messy. Whites, wood, metallics, and maybe a touch of greenery usually do the trick.

Once you’ve got your palette, it’s time for those little holiday details. Pinecones, snowflakes, gingerbread houses, and ornaments are classic for a reason, they instantly read “Christmas.”

This one is pure joy for me. I love picking out festive mugs, especially white or neutral Santa mugs. I spotted the cutest setup by @shady_pines3interiors with a cozy tea station that had Santa mugs, glass jars for storage, syrup dispensers, a cookie jar, and brass accents.

It was functional but still festive, and that’s exactly the vibe I want in a kitchen during Christmas.
